8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Access and Refund

All courses offered on the platform are considered digital products. In accordance with U.S. legislation governing digital goods and the platform's policy, no refunds will be issued after access to a course has been granted.
By making a payment, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.

a) Subscription-Based Access

Some courses are offered through a subscription model. Payment is processed on the School's website on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly), with course content made available in stages.
Access to course materials is granted for the duration of the active subscription and is automatically terminated upon cancellation or failed payment, including cases where the system is unable to charge the user’s card.
Once the subscription ends, the user loses access to both new and previously viewed course materials. Access can only be restored by re-subscribing.

b) One-Time Purchase

Upon full payment on the School's website, the user receives access to all course materials for the duration specified in the course description.
Access is automatically revoked at the end of this period, regardless of whether all materials have been viewed.
No refunds are provided once access to the digital course has been granted.

c) One-Time Purchase with External Installment Plan

In certain cases, and only by prior individual agreement, a user may be allowed to pay for a course in installments — partially through the School’s website, with the remaining balance paid externally (e.g., via subscription through a third-party payment service).
Access to all course materials is granted after the initial installment is paid and the one-time payment is completed on the School’s website.
The user is obligated to pay the full remaining balance, even after access has been granted.

Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in:

  • A demand for payment of the remaining balance;
  • Restricted access to the course and/or other School products;
  • Suspension of the user’s account.

The access period is defined by the terms of the specific course and does not depend on the installment schedule.
Access will be terminated automatically once the specified duration ends, regardless of payment status.

d) Refund Policy

Courses with Full Access
Once access to the course has been granted — regardless of the form of payment (full or installment) — no refunds will be issued.
The user agrees to pay the full course price according to the agreed terms.
This policy is in accordance with U.S. law and the School’s terms and conditions.

Subscription-Based Courses
For courses offered on a subscription basis with regular payments and staged content delivery, the user may cancel the subscription at any time.
In such cases, access remains active until the end of the paid period and is then terminated.
Payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable.
